Annual assembly statement

A summary of the first year of MOST UA-CZ: 17 June 2025 – 19 June 2026.

STATEMENT OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. Asociace MOST UA-CZ z. s. On 19 June 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Asociace MOST UA-CZ z. s. was held. The meeting reviewed the Association’s first year of activity and defined priorities for its further development. Since its official registration on 17 June 2025, the Association has developed from a civic initiative into an active Ukrainian youth organization that implements its own projects, brings together young Ukrainians across the Czech Republic, and maintains strong connections with Ukraine. During its first year of activity, the Association implemented educational, youth and civic projects, launched a grant programme for Ukrainian youth in the Czech Republic and Ukraine, expanded its international cooperation, and became involved in important processes shaping the development of the global Ukrainian community.

The Annual General Meeting highly evaluated the work of the Director, the Executive Committee, members of the Association, volunteers and partners whose efforts have contributed to the development of the organization and the achievement of its statutory objectives. The Annual General Meeting also reaffirmed the Association’s commitment to the principles of Ukrainian unity, support for Ukraine, the development of youth leadership, the protection of Ukrainian national identity, and the preservation of historical memory. The General Meeting confirmed as the Association’s primary statutory objective the preservation of Ukrainian identity among young Ukrainians abroad and the development of the Ukrainian diaspora. The General Meeting also supported the inclusion in the Statutes of the Association’s commitment to supporting the activities of the European Congress of Ukrainians and the Ukrainian World Congress as important institutions bringing Ukrainians together around the world.

The participants of the Annual General Meeting are convinced that Ukrainian youth should remain an active part of civic life, support Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression, and take responsibility for the future of Ukrainian communities abroad. We express our gratitude to all sponsors, partners, Ukrainian communities, diplomatic institutions, educational institutions and civil society organizations that supported the Association’s activities during its first year of existence.

Asociace MOST UA-CZ will continue its work to support the development of Ukrainian youth, strengthen Ukrainian-Czech relations, support Ukraine and its victory over Russian aggression, promote Ukraine’s full membership in the European Union and NATO, and contribute to the consolidation of Ukrainian communities in Europe and around the world. Together, we are building a strong Ukrainian future. Glory to Ukraine! Approved by the Annual General Meeting of Asociace MOST UA-CZ z. s. Prague, 19 June 2026
