These terms govern the use of most-uacz.com, operated by Asociace MOST UA-CZ z.s.
Purpose of the site
The site is informational: it presents the association's work, positions, news and ways to get involved. Information may change; the association makes reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but does not guarantee completeness at any given moment.
Contributions
Contributions supporting the association's work are voluntary and are not payment for goods or services. Payments are processed by Stripe; the association does not store card data. For contribution matters, including mistaken payments, write to asociace.most.ua.cz@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
The site's texts, logo and visual materials belong to the association or are used with permission. Media kit materials may be used to cover the association's work with attribution. Other uses require written consent.
External links
The site may link to external resources (including the Stripe payment page). The association is not responsible for the content or policies of external sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The association may update the terms; the current version is always published on this page.
