We give the Ukrainian community in Czechia a single qualified voice: we represent its interests before institutions, build bridges between Ukrainians, Czech society and European partners, and turn temporary presence into lasting, dignified participation.

Vision

The Ukrainian community in Czechia is a recognised, organised and influential actor in public life: it is consulted, its voice counts in decisions, and the Ukrainian-Czech partnership becomes Europe's model of integration without assimilation.

Representation, not guardianship: We amplify the community's voice rather than make it dependent on aid.
Dignity: Ukrainians in Czechia are partners, not supplicants. The tone and the brand reflect that.
Competence: We speak the language of data, law and policy: trust is built on professionalism.

Lawyer specialising in migration law. Responsible for diplomacy and partnerships.

Coordinates the regional network of representatives and the association's internal processes.

Head of advocacy

Prepares the association's positions and appeals to Czech and European institutions.

Head of analysis

Sociologist. Responsible for community data, publications and policy briefs.

Community development

Runs the grant programme and the youth leadership pipeline.
